  Salmon sushi both at home and in a restaurant I just finished watching [this video](https://youtu.be/lFFIjijiE0I) and it has me craving some salmon sushi. I have two questions: First, what's the best place to buy sushi grade salmon for making at home? I've bought it at Buford Farmers market before, but it's a small piece wrapped in plastic and needs to be made right away. I'd like to find a source that is less of a grocery store and more of a fish place so I can order it frozen and in larger quantities, if that makes sense. Lower price would also be nice, of course. Second, is there any good sushi place in the city where I can find a spread of salmon multiple ways like they make in that video? It looks wonderful and now that I'm fully vaccinated I'm trying to think of places to go as I begin to branch out a little bit more (as per recent CDC guidelines, of course).
