  Not sure about privacy, but [Angus Barn](https://www.angusbarn.com) is about the best damn steaks in Raleigh Edit: thought you meant to Raleigh from Charlotte. Ruth’s Chris uptown has a fantastic wine room that is private for 2-6 people that has to be reserved well in advance. Though Ruth’s Chris is pretty run of the mill steak house. Fig Tree is a great upscale restaurant that sits in a house. The two from the other comment are pretty good bets as well.
