Where can I find the sold price of homes? When we bought our townhome 3 years ago, our realtor sent us a link to view what homes sold for around our area for curiosity sake. A townhome in our complex recently sold and we are curious to know what it sold for. I believe the reports only came out every 3-4 months. Does anyone know where I can find this information? Particularly for the Saanich Peninsula. A google search does not come up with anything easily (or I’m googling the wrong keywords)

Look up the address on BC Assessment https://www.bcassessment.ca/ It takes a while to update after a sale though.

Look up the address on https://www.bcassessment.ca/ and scroll down to sales history for the last 3 years. It usually takes a few weeks to update.
Checking sold price on properties with a realtor? Does anyone know how to check the sold prices of properties? I couldn’t find the question when I searched and google left me empty. But that seems just crazy that realtors have managed to keep that info hidden!!
Thanks for any help!

https://www.bcassessment.ca/ I don't know how frequently that information is updated.

Talk to a real estate agent. Or if your patient check BC Assessment the sale prices for the last three years are listed — with some lag.
Does anyone know of a website that will tell me the asking and then sold prices of properties in BC? Am I able to look this up myself on a particular website or do I need to get in touch with a realtor? Thanks

You can get the information from the Assessment Office or public records? My parents used to do it when they bought properties. There was a fee though. There is also a basic website: http://evaluebc.bcassessment.ca/
