  I am a Dermatologist who spends summers here, although my practice is in Scottsdale, AZ. If it is something that can be taken care of through telemedicine (ie. not a procedure), you can go through dermatologistoncall.com. I can see you there since I am licensed in UT.

I have not tried the service, but a dermatologist friend of mine is one of the doctors on there. I'm guessing if you have a complicated case you might need to see someone in person, but it could be worth a try.
