  Looking for a contractor who's not a flake. I've been trying for three months to get estimates for a few different projects I have in mind, have had close to 10 contractors over taking measurements, etc., and have yet to receive a single estimate. The project I'd really like to get moving on is getting some attic work done: install pull-down stairs, if possible, wiring, flooring, basically get it finished enough that I can use it for storage.
