  Jenna W. wrote: We had Frank out to our house to do some work in fall of 2015 to paint some cabinets for us. The paint job was fine. We then paid him over $1500 to help us move a kitchen island. He re-installed the dishwasher incorrectly (I had to hire a plumber to redo his work), and failed to complete finishing work including grouting tile, adding trim to the bottom of the island and several paint touch ups. We spent over $4,000 with him in 2015. He promised he'd come back to complete the finishing work in the kitchen, but we are now in August of 2016 and he refuses to return our countless (20+) text messages, email and calls to get the work done. I'm really disappointed as he bragged about how he's the best and prides himself in getting the job done. I've run out of options to try to get him out to finish and now have to spend additional funds with another contractor to finish his job.

He promised us after holidays he would come to our house and fix his errors!! That was after about 15+ emails, phone calls and text messages before he replied. He still to this day HAS NOT FIXED OUR kitchen cabinet has been almost a year!!! I would never use this company again... He does do nice work and is a fast talker and tells you what you want to hear... But if something is not done correctly expect it to stay that way.

We had Kwik Kabinets refinish our kitchen about 6 months ago and they use a lacquer based paint. We had our flooring done since then and we have quite a few dings, scratches and touch ups that need to be fixed up. I need another company to use as Kwik Kabinets still has not completed the job after 2 MONTHS of calls back and fourth, emails and even a visit to take photos and give an estimate. (that was over 3 weeks ago and they claim they are waiting for paint but also will not return any of our calls now). Looking for someone to come finish a job right and not string us along. If you are considering using this company for a job, you have been warned.
