I understand Michael's does it and there are framing stores but from what I have seen they are more expensive than an individual person. Thanks for information.

  EvilSizor Framers in Frankfort. 502-695-2455. He has been there for 25 years and does excellent work. However, if you are interested, since I have retired, I have many double matted and custom made frames originally used for degrees, appointments and Governor's pictures if you want to do it yourself.
