  I once saw some pastrami at a restaurant, but cannot remember where it was. It was really thick and juicy, like maybe even a half inch thick, not that paper thin crap you can buy in packages at the store. Can someone help me out here? My husband loves pastrami but it seems so hard to find good stuff. Thanks.
