  William M. wrote: We had them do a windshield on a BMW for our customer. The quality was terrible. They had glue everywhere and the trim on the sides stuck up above the car. We called and they came out to fix and just cut the trim and scratched the car. They left more glue and residue than they did the first time. My customer was very upset and I had to refund her money so it could be redone. J Glass refused to refund or do the job right. The techs are dirty and very unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs. They may be cheaper but you get a very poor quality job.
