  I agree Marie Pirillo is the best at Dr Thompsons office BUT it takes FOREVER to get an appointment there, that is why I switched to Westmoreland Dermatology, Nicole Velez is the best! They have an office in Greensburg and Monroeville/Plum on 286 and a cpl other places too.

  I don't have this, but recently went to Westmoreland Dermatology (Dr. Wolff - what a sense of humor!) in Greensburg, They were highly recommended by several people in my office and he actually dx'd MRSA on my scalp last year!! That same issue Dr. English told me I might have Lupus and wanted to biopsy it as opposed to culture. westmorelanddermatology.com
