  I had used http://www.allclearraingutter.com/allclear.html in the past, but decided on trying another company last year, that was recommended on this site. I'm going back to Jonathan at All Clear. He will clean your gutters AND clear the downspouts. The other company only cleaned out the leaves from the gutters. After the first rain this season, all of my gutters have cascading waterfalls because the downspouts were not cleaned out or cleared, which they should have automatically done. This was always part of Jonathan's service. I won't mention the company, but will endorse All Clear.
