  Hey all, I am looking for a good accountant/CPA to help work on my taxes. It should ideally be someone who is familiar with the expense issues relative to rental properties and rehabbing. Suggestion for a solid, reasonable priced local person would be appreciated. I had a large firm, but they were just too expensive for what i need.
