  Transit Hotel We will be driving to Disney via I-75 coming from north. We'd like to stop somewhere the night before, to get an early start and get to Disney the next morning. We have two young kids, so I'm not sure how far we will get that night. But I'm looking for a hotel somewhere between Ocala and Orlando. I don't need anything fancy, just clean beds and maybe a free breakfast would be nice. Suggestions?

  Admin please delete if this is not allowed, just looking for advice for my dad Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Near Florida Mall (http://orlando-econolodge.com/index.html) My dad asked me if I could ask my Disney friends if they are familiar with this hotel, or any other hotels in the Florida mall area. It's basically a room for the night (parents live in Florida, I'm flying in from Massachusetts, and my sister is flying in from California) we are potentially staying here that night then heading to the park first thing in the morning. Anyone have any advice for me on this hotel or anything in the area? We are looking for inexpensive and clean. Thanks!

  No, this is a also an extended stay hotel so people live there. The area is unsafe, and a good drive from Disney. Stay in a Neighborhood hotel, these are hotels just outside Disney that Disney have approved for family vacations and have free shuttles etc to the Parks. http://www.wdwgoodneighborhotels.com/
