  iso vendors FREE - Newport News, Virginia ISO vendors to participate in Icings bridal event at Patrick Henry Mall this Saturday. We need a photographer, someone to provide a gown and tux, a baker to make a sample cake and maybe some cupcakes to try. We also need a wedding planner.
