About us

Diamonds in the Ruff Rescue is a dog rescue that is a foster-based, all-breed, no-kill animal rescue that offers rescue, training and love to dogs in need. We are a small group of hardworking volunteers and foster homes dedicated to saving dogs. We are a state approved and licensed dog rescue. Our Pennsylvania license number is 10727.
We are a Pennsylvania non-profit, tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization.

We do not have an actual shelter where you can visit our dogs but you can view our available dogs on our website under "Our Available Dogs" page. We rely solely on our foster homes to provide the love and care to our dogs until they find their forever homes. We also rely on donations to help us with the medical care of the dogs that need it.
