  Tree Service Recommendations Does anyone have any recommendations on tree service companies? I have a large tree in my backyard that is dying off that I need to get taken down. The reviews I've seen so far for some of these companies are limited and mostly negative but I'm guessing that's because only the bad experiences have been listed. Has anyone on here had to have any tree work done and if so who did you use and what was your feeling of them? Thanks

  We've used [Ray's](http://www.raystreeservice.com/) for several things, including taking out a large tree in the backyard. They were nice, professional, and did a good job from what I can tell as a layman. I haven't used other tree services, but I have had worse experiences from different types of service companies.
