Lake olympia animal hospital is rat friendly. http://lakeolympiaanimal.com/ I had Flash pts there and the vet seemed very knowledgeable and very caring. They offer first visit free for new clients so that gives you the opportunity to meet the vet and see how she interacts with your pet and how you feel. I can't give you any info surgery.
