  Ya Fun. ....Not! Just got a message from my Roofer that says my roof has hail damage and we need a new roof. $12k+ Called the Ins. and now the fun begins. May also need a 2nd est. Anyone know a good quality Roofer? I also have HVAC issues. Anyone know if a good company to look at our A/C? The joys of homeownership.
