Driver was not on phone and got pulled over...officer didnt care abt looking on phone to see if he was/wasnt on phone and simple mobile will not print out a sheet of times that calls were made. If fighting ticket with lawyer will still find officer "innocent", will points at least be taken off? If so, who are some lawyers that have successfully helped you in such a case? TIA!
