  Does anyone know of a very reasonable veterinarian in the mon valley or surrounding areas? My mastiff has been getting hives pretty bad the last few days (picture in comments) and I have been doing my best to find what is triggering this (allergies, bug bites, Chemical) with little to no luck. I have always taken my dogs to castle Shannon VCA I love them however my bank account doesn’t. I know she will need allergy testing and probably a prescription for a steroid but I can not afford a $200 bill right now. So if anyone has any suggestions or knows of a reasonably priced vet I would appreciate it. Thank you
