  https://www.allergychef.es/ Book through this site, they ensure staff are trained. Lots of small restaurants will say they're GF but with such small kitchens, xc is a real problem. Lots of great options on here

  La luna was awesome, almost all of the menu was GF. If you miss Macdonalds you can have sin gluten with a GF bun. We booked using https://www.allergychef.es/en . We stayed in hotel arc la rambla which was on las ramblas and had breakfast at the cafe next door.

  We went to the most amazing restaurant, the majority of the menu was GF. La Lluna. http://lallunarestaurant.com/menu-mediodia-2/ we booked through allergy chef https://www.allergychef.es/en plenty more choices on there too. Also had to do the sin gluten macdonalds lol.
