  I've used All Phase Home Improvment to hang heavy mirrors and pictures and drapery rods. Bill is a contractor but does small jobs. He does charge@$100 an hour but he comes with 2 or 3 guys and they work quickly. The few times they were here we paid just that $100. If you need hooks or screws they will go get them if you don't have them and not charge for that time that they run to get them. 732-870-1050. Hope this helps.
