  Classic Styles in Kingston. They do an amazing job! I made a HUGE mistake and bleached my hair and a week later I went to them(which I've been going for years) they fixed my hair and it was orange! I now have blonde and red streaks. They always do a great job. It cost me $75 which usually they do it cheaper but since they had to use extra dyes this time it cost more. I can give you a number if your interested.
