  Hi Michelle, I go to The National Spine and Pain Center in Fairfax. They have many doctors that specialize in different areas. I currently go to Dr. Whittenberg for injections into my spine near my neck. They really help. The address is 3031 Javier Road, Fairfax, 22031 and the phone is 703-738-4331. Hope this help.
