  Does anybody know of an inexpensive mode of transportation in Elgin? I currently do not have a car. I recently had hip surgery and am not able to walk to the bus stop. Taxi is too expensive. I need to get to St. Joes a few times a week for Physical Therapy. Replies much appreciated!

  IF you can get the PT done by ATI, they have a free pickup and return service. You can call them at the St Joe's location at (847) 468-6098.
