Full house refurbishment needed - Work will include:- Full rewire, ceilings re-boarded and skimmed, all walls skimmed, cement skirting boards removed and new installed throughout, all internal doors and frames removed and replaced, new budget kitchen and bathroom. Fully decorated with blinds, new carpets and flooring throughout. Outside walls may need re-pointed and yard cleared.
