  My friend who lives in Wilmington said .....Elena's bakery. It's on Avalon blvd and Opp st in wilmington.It's in a small plaza with a gas station. Right across from Bank of America. # 310. 834.0121. I haven't ordered bolillos in a while, but they even make mini bolillos and they were great.
