Is there a restaurant that is doing locally raised grass feed steaks. It seems next to impossible to find an authentic and unaltered steak these days. What is an authentic steak you say? Its a farm raised, grass grazed cow where the tenderness is determined by the cut. It doesn't required charring, nor bacon, nor a heavy does of salt/pepper, nor cheese, nor pineapple tenderizer. Steaks have names that one could recognize, they weren't simply called 'steak'. They were named ; t-bone/porterhouse, ribeye, new york strip and they were Well Marbled.
