Be nice to find someone here (Marysville or Yuba City) similar... She needs a mixture 3/4 oz of 3N and 1/2 oz of 4RV with 1 1/4 oz 20 volume developer.

  I can do it at my salon in Yuba City. The Hair Doctors Salon is at 540 2 nd Street . Do you know what product of coot line she likes. I use matrix, Goldwell and Redken.
