  Hi everyone! I'm new to the group, but my husband and I are looking to move to southwest Florida (Ft. Myers area) within the year and are looking for a real estate agent familiar with tiny home regulations that can help us buy land. If anyone has recommendations of who to reach out to (or who we definitely shouldn't work with), that would be greatly appreciated!

  We built a tiny home on a foundation in Lee County. 224 sq ft. It just had to follow all the current hurricane codes etc. Kelly Coyle was our contractor and Jo-Anne Peck at Historic Sheds did our engineered house plans.

  Thanks, Tom! That project is what gave us the idea for Historic Shed. People loved the houses, but quickly realized that they had no place for lawn mower storage and that off-the-shelf sheds didn't enhance their historic yards. We quickly grew to include finished interior buildings, including whole cottages. It's been fun so far!
