During Xmas we got our new website up. tinyragsdalehomes.com. Currently, I am adding content.....had to learn how first. Our new build is being documented for our upcoming YouTube presentation and for our new website. Those who may want to think outside the box should enjoy seeing a completely different approach to TH construction. New features like a powder room up front, complete wall " Room Roll Out.", power linear actuated butterfly roof, raising to an amazing 16'6", concealed Queen size bed, step level floor plan, full featured Bosch stack able separate washer and dryer, just to mention a few.

Most builders will not recommend slide outs because they don't have any body of knowledge for the construction of anything that resembles them. We have 3 years of R&D in developing our patient pending " Room Roll Outs. " Our system does not use troublesome hydraulic units or electric worm gears. For more overall square footage, we prefer to add square footage to the width, side to side, rather than add to the length. We don't see the need for a fifth wheel trailer, offering more mobility to the unit because of the longer length. Instead, build on a medium length trailer, say 24' or 26' and add up to 105 square feet extra without the need for lofts. For examble: Our new split level floor plan is 8X26 equals 208 square feet. By adding three " RRO s" to this house, or 105 square feet makes a total of 313 square feet with no lofts. With one optional loft, ours is detachable and moves front front to back, adds 100 square feet or 413 square feet.....the most in our industry. With two lofts, 488 square feet. Also, when you build on a fifth wheel trailer, you lose a minimum of 12 inches of height to your ceiling. Ragsdale Homes @ gmail.com
