  Julie, my friend's doc was Matthias Bostrom 212-606-1674. Check your insurance though because the docs at HSS vary on what insurance they accept. If no go on the insurance, let me know and i will ask one of my ortho friends who they would recommend (the docs i know only do trauma, no planned replacements)
