A combi-boiler supplier and fitter, must be equivalent to Corgi registered (is it called Gas Safe now)??! 2. A plasterer to quote for whole replastering of cellar. 3. A decorator to seal new plaster and paint (if actual plasterer does not do this). 4. An electrician to test faults, and probably to replace some lighting. 5. Someone to chop down some overgrown shrubbery and take away. 6. Someone to take away 3 electrical appliances from the cellar. Don't ask for much, do I?
