  Hey, my friend from Occupy Miami and saome of his people will be traveling the west Coast in august performing their consciousness-raising puppet show. Any suggestions of a good place/event for them to perform while they're in Vegas?

  We have a few farmers markets in town. From what I have seen the ones that they throw on Wednesday are the largest. Here is their facebook page if you want to speak with them about this. https://www.facebook.com/LasVegasFarmersMarket If that fails there is another farmers market called Fresh 52 that is held by different people and then there is always the Arts District. I would suggest First Friday, but I hear that they are starting to wind that down due to all the people who just go there to drink. They are starting to hold more of their arts stuff on the first Thursday of every month from what I hear.
