ISO: Caterer

Looking for a creative caterer who has some great ideas for a heavy appetizer only reception that is replenished for several hours. No passed appetizers, but rather stations. No plated dinners or buffet style dinner service.
I'm picturing large charcuterie station.
Sophisticated veggies and salads.
Upscale finger sandwiches and crostinis.
Flatbreads.
Etc......
I am having a hard time even figuring out a budget since this isn't a traditional dinner. If practical and possible, I would like to keep it around $40 a head.
