  Had quite a good meeting today with various estate agents in Northfleet & Gravesend. Some amazing things happening in the area and it really is one of the last affordable areas which offers huge rewards mainly due to the creation of the new theme park which will be opening along with the cruise terminal, shopping & retail developments, garden city, considered expansion of the Euro Star services, new crossing in to Essex while being located 10 min. from Bluewater, 18 Min from Lakeside, 16 mins. by high speed rail to Kingscross. Ever wondered why on earth anyone would invest in this area? Generally speaking 3 bedroom houses are still relatively cheap in the area and you would be expected to double you investment value in the next 4-years, regardless of the up and down markets. Please Share if you know anyone who is looking for a home or looking for a brilliant buy 2 let investment.
