Castor Heating and Cooling was founded in June 1995 by Russell/Embrun-area resident, George Boszormeny. He had yet to make his first house call when he decided that his business was going to be different. After all, these people weren’t just his customers, they were his neighbours.
George determined that he was going to turn everyone he met into “fans.” A big order, but he was determined.
He would do it by sticking to some basic principles that included, first, listening to his customers so he could determine the very best solution to their heating and cooling needs and then, second, delivering prompt, courteous service.
