Cait S. asked:I need a reliable and affordable plumber and electrician for a few jobs at our house. 4 fans need to be installed, 3 new bathroom faucets, a new kitchen faucet and a new faucet for our master bathroom shower. Also, this past weekend when using an outside faucet, we heard a loud sound inside the house. It was like a loud "errrrrr" sound throughout the house. Upstairs, in our master bathroom, the water had been turned on from the noise and from the use of the outside faucet. Once we turned the outside faucet off, the noise stopped and so did the water.
