Two weekdays in Minneapolis - restaurant recommendations? Hi,
I'm coming in from out of town. Will be staying downtown and will have a rental car.
Could you kind folks recommend some restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner that would give us the real Minnesota experience? We're flexible on food (we eat a ton of fish & meat & veggies).
Would really appreciate it! (Wifey is also a huge Prince fan)
(No pizza though, please.)

[Gavin Kaysen just won a James Beard award for Best Chef Midwest.](https://www.mprnews.org/story/2018/05/07/twin-cities-winners-at-james-bear-awards-food) Check out his restaurants [Spoon & Stable](https://www.spoonandstable.com/) and [Bellecour](https://bellecourrestaurant.com/).
I'm collecting #appellatetwitter restaurant suggestions as fast as I can. A draft version will be posted for review soon. I need CA2/CA8!
