He was professional and perfect on his determination of what was wrong, which I had a pretty good idea of what the issue was and he took the time to explain to me the issue and how it happens.It's sad that when you have a bad issue with a service you 1 or 2 star it but it you have a great service with a company very rarely does anyone give it 4 or 5 star. I'm so glad this worked out well and highly recommend this company!
Does anyone know of someone or a company near Edgerton that can diagnose a problem with a front load washing machine? I've made phone calls to a few companies in Olathe but they don't do service calls to Edgerton. Thanks for the help!
