  Sean C. wrote: Received my service call at 730am from Jim and he said he'd he out in about an hour and he arrived on time and fixed my ice maker in a matter of minutes!!! He was professional and perfect on his determination of what was wrong, which I had a pretty good idea of what the issue was and he took the time to explain to me the issue and how it happens.It's sad that when you have a bad issue with a service you 1 or 2 star it but it you have a great service with a company very rarely does anyone give it 4 or 5 star. I'm so glad this worked out well and highly recommend this company!
