  We are in pretty desperate need of a refrigerator repair person. Sears totally left us hanging. They were here in August and again in October. The part they ordered according to what the manufacturer said is here, but they are no shows. Not fun to defrost the fridge AGAIN over Thanksgiving weekend, only to be stood up. Any recommendations are welcome!

  We use Appliance Services Inc, (703) 361-6164. Family owned and honest. When we were having washer issues, he said he could repair it, gave me the cost, and then said that he'd be back in a year because the model is known for breaking down. It was nice to hear someone say that.
