  We have cash passports in the bank Ian but some of them do charge you for withdrawals just like your atm card would but safer than your bank card in that if someone gets hold of it they can only access that card not the full balance of your bank account! You've got to shop round just like euros as some won't charge or charge you less for withdrawals than others. You can find info on the banks one at ybonline.co.uk or come in :)
