  Good day ladies, I have recently sold my house and I have a condition that needs to be checked off before closing. I am looking for anyone who knows a parging company. Attached you will see it is a small crack and I need it fixed from the ground up. I have never had a leak or a problem, but they want it repaired. If anyone has a recommendation (needs to be done by a qualified foundation repair company) TIA
