  Highly recommend national property inspections, https://www.npiweb.com Just used them looking for our first house, Richard was completely thorough and did a great walkthrough afterwards explaining what was important and why, as well as estimating repair costs, afterwards he gave us a 54 page report complete with pics, videos, even heat vision pictures to show leaks. He caught a lot of stuff that made us pass on the house and I just hired them again for another one later this week. Plus they gave a discount on the 2 nd inspection.
