  Hello! I have a good friend who is looking for a good national security lawyer. It's for a personal case, after reporting a stalker associated with a University, either the University or stalker may have escalated not only by not investigating the stalker per my friend’s protected disclosure but also by labeling her as suspicious or a threat of some kind (3 separate investigative agencies have now produced reports saying that her little family has been severely targeted probably by opening an investigation on her). The Government Accountability Project (GAP) says opening investigations on whistleblowers is the new trend in crushing dissenters. My friend has made a lot of progress obtaining these investigator reports -- and now needs to think through legal assistance. Any recommendations and/or help would be appreciated.
