Then they want to come a day earlier, the Thursday, but we booked with them for the Friday. Friday comes and they did not pitch up... And I booked out that day to cater for them to groom our dogs... I messaged them the end of the day and asked what happened? They wrote the booked date down on the receipt given to us from the day they groomed our girls last month. I have never heard back from them... No decency to let me know that they made a mistake. They obviously don't need the business. When they did groom our Border Collie girls, they would not dry our girls properly and were able to do both girls in 30 minutes??? Border collies have double coats. They did a half job. We had a new mobile groomer come and I'm so impressed with their professionalism! You download an app, everything is done through the app, your booking, you get reminders the night before, you get your invoice as well. You can pay through the app or you can use their card machine on the day! So advanced and above standard! They even give you a two hour time bracket of when they will arrive on the day! E.g they will arrive between 09:00 and 11:00. Our girls were groomed so well, it is winter now, they were brushed out and dried properly. We even got a loyalty card and a lil treat pack for the dogs and a colourful bandana! That is what I call service and passion! They took their time with our girls. Businesses have to be reliable and if you make a mistake, be humble about it and all will be fine but don't not reply to your customer who is quite patient and understanding.
