  Both of our girls went to Seattle Preschool (part of Seattle Gymnastics Academy) and we all loved it. I've also heard great things about Little Nest Preschool.

  We checked out Chelsea House and really, really liked it. We went to littlenest.org instead, just because of scheduling. Not sure if it makes a difference to you, but the Laurel Academy (the elementary school linked with the preschool) incorporates elements of Scientology in their education. The website is pretty clear, though, that the school is nondenominational.
