  I think almost any printer that has a plotter can pull that off. Are you based in NY? We do our own printing on transparency at Brooklyn College printshop for silkscreen printing - maybe David Lantow knows of other resources in the city for printing halftone? If not, perhaps try very nicely emailing the guys at http://brandxeditions.com/ to see who they recommend.
