  Four Seasons Roofing - 215-743-3319. We used them for replacement of roof and also for storm repair and they were honest and reliable and we haven't had any problems (they last worked on our roof a few years ago.)

I need 2 previous roof layers torn off, potentially minor repairs to the decking, and a new roof including flashing. I have a quote from Union Roofing for just under $5000 for a 4-layer granular/rubber/asphalt roof, or $1000 less for a built up asphalt roof.
