Born in Madrid, Spain and raised with New Mexican flavor, I'm no stranger to the world of sweet and savory. It was through my introduction to cake decorating with the guidance of Chef Dawn Peters of Buellton's Decadence Fine Cakes and Confections, that my focus shifted to being a Pastry Chef-- and a great one at that!
Now, with two years of Culinary Arts School-- so far-- through Allan Hancock College, I've learned the most important ingredient in all that I do-- QUALITY. My promise is that all of my sweet creations are: made-from-scratch, with attention to fine detail, and made with love.
